Terms of Service

Last updated October 11, 2026

These terms cover your use of the Element One Gaming website and its features: the squad finder, forums, event RSVPs, the ladder, applications and Discord login. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Who can use it

You must be old enough to use Discord where you live, and at least 13. Some features, such as logging in, are only for members of the Element One Gaming Discord server.

Community rules

Everything you post or submit through the site must follow our Community Rules. They apply on this website and in every space Element One Gaming runs.

Your account and login

You log in through Discord. You are responsible for what happens under your login, so keep your Discord account secure. Staff access is tied to a staff role in our Discord server and may be removed at any time.

What you post

You keep ownership of what you submit, such as squad posts, forum posts and replies, gamertags and notes. By submitting it you let us display it on the site, send it to our Discord server (forum posts made on the site are published in our Discord forum channels under your name), and store it as described in our Privacy Policy. Only post things you are allowed to share. Do not post personal information about other people, links, advertisements, or anything that breaks the Community Rules.

What is not allowed

• Harassing, threatening or impersonating other people.
• Spamming the squad board, RSVPs or applications, or trying to get around the site's limits and filters.
• Trying to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or its data.
• Using the site to cheat, scam, or trade or sell things for real money.

Moderation

Staff may remove posts, RSVPs, ladder entries or applications, and may suspend or remove anyone's access to the site or our Discord server, at any time and without notice, when needed to keep the community safe and welcoming.

No guarantees

The site is provided as it is, free of charge, run by volunteers. We do not promise it will always be available or error-free, and event times, ladder standings and other information may change or contain mistakes. To the extent the law allows, Element One Gaming and its staff are not liable for losses that come from using the site, or from anything other users post or do.

Third-party services

The site relies on Discord and other services. Their own terms apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for them.

Changes and contact

We may change these terms and will update the date above when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. Questions: contact a staff member in the Element One Gaming Discord server.
